Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders placed with Sherry's Scentsational Studio are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Sherry's Scentsational Studio.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, Sherry's Scentsational Studio will send a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. Shipping Locations

Sherry's Scentsational Studio currently ships to addresses within the United States. However, are actively working on expanding our shipping options to offer international delivery in the future. As we grow, we'll share updates so our customers around the world can enjoy our products too.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Sherry's Scentsational Studio is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Sherry's Scentsational Studio within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Sherry's Scentsational Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Delivery Estimates for Custom Orders

Custom or made‑to‑order products require additional production time before shipment. The estimated production period for custom orders placed with Sherry's Scentsational Studio is 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the item. Once production is complete, the order will ship using the customer’s selected shipping method, and standard delivery estimates will apply. Customers will receive a notification when their custom order enters production and again when it has shipped.
